We at TheVIT have collaborated with Hæhre Entreprenør since 2021, and have been able to contribute a wide range of HR services in line with the business's needs.
Flexible support in change
The collaboration started with support within system management and process optimization, before moving on to mapping, implementing and rolling out GDPR routines.
As needs developed, we took part in new projects - always with the goal of creating value and long-term impact.
Sickness absence project with clear results
Like many others in the industry, Hæhre experienced an increase in sick leave - particularly related to musculoskeletal disorders and mental stress.
We launched a targeted project to identify causes and implement relevant measures. The project is still ongoing, but we are already seeing positive effects and great commitment internally.
Development and competence in focus
We have also contributed to a larger initiative for management and employee development, with an emphasis on competence mapping and enhancement. The goal is to strengthen both individuals and the organization as a whole – and ensure the right expertise for future needs.

Eyvi
Since 2022, TheVIT has been an HR partner for Eyvi – the experts in land-based freshwater technology for fish farming. Eyvi has experienced strong growth, both in revenue and number of employees, and needed to establish good HR processes and support functions to meet the future.
Structure and system for growth
When Eyvi was choosing a new HR system, the choice fell on HiBob – a modern and culture-oriented system. TheVIT assisted with implementation and adaptation, and placed particular emphasis on building one of the market's best onboarding processes.
The goal was clear: The new employee should feel seen, prepared and cared for – right from the moment the contract is signed.
Competency mapping for smart growth
As the company grew, the need arose for a better overview of internal competence. TheVIT mapped current competence in the organisation and implemented a process for systematic competence mapping and development, adapted to Eyvi's strategy and needs. Now Eyvi can work smarter with competence enhancement and resource planning that supports further growth.
