Recruiting process and onboarding

In a recruitment process with us, you will notice that we are concerned with reciprocity. This means that we are concerned that you get to know us well, the role in question and what a working day at TheVIT looks like. At the same time, we want to get to know you well as a person and your expertise.

A recruitment process with us therefore consists of an informal chat with a focus on getting to know each other better, before an interview where we often include both a case and a personality test. Through the case assignment, you will gain an insight into what everyday life as a consultant with us can be like. You will also gain knowledge of the problems, challenges and questions we work with at our clients. This will also give us insight into how you proceed to solve typical customer cases and you will get to know us better.

We are concerned that you get to know us well and the working day at TheVIT through the recruitment process. We therefore often give final candidates the opportunity to have a chat with someone in your future team as part of the recruitment process.
