About us

TheVIT started with two people and one customer relationship in January 2016.

Today, nine years later, we have over 110 employees, offices in several locations in Norway and in Copenhagen – and customers both at home and abroad. We had a turnover of 150 million NOK in 2024.

The numbers tell one story, but what truly defines us is how we work together – across our companies, with each other, and with our clients.

We combine diverse expertise and experience to deliver solutions that create measurable results and lasting value.

Our name is no coincidence. VIT is a combination of the values Value - Innovation - Team. The driving force has always been the desire to create value, think new things and put the right people together – both internally and together with our customers.

We understand that technology alone does not solve everything. That is why we combine technology expertise with business understanding and improvement management. It is in the connection between strategy, process and implementation that we truly create value – and our customers appreciate that.

Internally, we have built a culture that we are proud of: a performance culture with room for warmth, development and humanity. We believe that the best solutions are created in safe, ambitious communities – and that is exactly what we have created.

We stand firm – and look ahead. We have ambitions to grow further and take a leading role in the Nordics. But we will do it our way: with our heads, our hearts and the best team.

Solving the shortage of qualified labor

Norway is facing a growing skills shortage. TheVIT offers a flexible service model that enables businesses to share capacity and expertise in support functions – exactly when the need is there. We function as an accordion: we scale up or down in line with the customer’s needs, and can also take full responsibility for support functions.
