Professional and personal development

A prerequisite for delivering good services to our customers is good understanding and development in the consulting role. Through TheVIT Academy, we offer courses and training for all employees, for example courses and training in consulting skills. As we have customers in a wide range of sizes and industries, you will also have the opportunity to develop solid industry and business understanding from the start. In leadership roles or other key roles later in your career, such insight and understanding could be absolutely crucial.

The graduate program is for those of you who are newly graduated or have a maximum of one year of work experience. As a graduate with us, you will join a team of dedicated and skilled colleagues. From the start, you will work as a consultant with challenging and varied customer assignments, and contribute to the development of new concepts and solutions. Through the graduate program, you will have the opportunity to develop good consulting skills, business and industry understanding, and a solid professional base.
