We are growing and are now looking for a Manager to join our Transaction Services team.

With offices in Oslo, Stavanger, Copenhagen and Hamar, and an ambitious growth strategy, we are now looking for several talented colleagues for the role of Senior Consultant and Manager for our Business Intelligence team in Oslo. What makes this role exciting?

In our Transaction Services team, we assist companies with insight, analysis and advice in connection with acquisitions, sales and strategic investments. We combine financial understanding with business acumen, and work closely with the client to develop solutions that provide lasting value. With us, you will work on varied and complex issues within a wide range of industries. As a Manager in Transaction Services, you will have a central role with responsibility for project implementation and ensuring high quality at all levels.

We can promise a varied working day - with responsibility for, among other things:


  • Perform transaction-related analyses, including purchase price calculations, financial due diligence and valuations
  • Develop and quality-assert financial models and analyses in Excel
  • Prepare presentations and reports used in decision-making processes
  • Assist in the execution of transactions and valuation projects
  • Contribute to company and market analyses in various industries
  • Actively participate in client meetings and present findings and recommendations
  • Work closely with senior resources to ensure high quality and relevant insights in deliverables

Desired qualifications

We are looking for someone who has experience from a role with operational responsibility within transaction-related disciplines, combined with a good understanding of the consulting role. We believe you will succeed in the role if you are proactive, take ownership of tasks and are motivated by driving processes forward. You should recognise yourself in some of these points:

  • Have 3-5 years of experience from a relevant role, for example in finance, management consulting, auditing, or similar fields
  • Relevant higher education in economics, finance or similar
  • Preferably have experience from and/or a good understanding of the consulting role
  • Are analytically strong with numbers, with a good understanding of accounting and the ability to work with complex figures
  • Have experience and knowledge within financial modeling and data analysis in Excel
  • Have good business understanding and see connections between strategy, finance and operations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good communication skills - in Norwegian and English
  • You are independent and proactive, but at the same time a team player
